Intervention Programs

Early Numeracy Intervention (ENI)

Our Early Numeracy Intervention programs are crafted to offer focused support to students who might be encountering challenges with fundamental mathematical concepts in the early grades of elementary school. Our interventions are designed to tackle gaps in numerical understanding, assist students in building a robust foundation in mathematical skills, and ultimately prevent potential long-term difficulties in mathematics.

Numeracy intervention programs have significantly enhanced the numeracy skills of students who require additional support in their mathematical thinking. The Numeracy Intervention teacher will provide small group instruction based on student needs.

Late Numeracy Intervention (LNI)

The Late Numeracy Intervention Program incorporates research informed strategies and concept development. The Late Numeracy Intervention Program is designed for grades three through five students and includes fluency with basic operations (adding and subtracting, multiplying and dividing), understanding place value, counting, comparing and ordering numbers, fractions, building problem solving skills, and encouraging fluency and flexibility with numbers.

Levelled Literacy Intervention (LLI)

We utilize the Levelled Literacy Intervention (LLI), a carefully designed small-group literacy intervention program. This program is systematically implemented to provide tailored instruction and support to elementary students facing difficulties in reading and writing.
