Welcome to Carbon School

Welcome to Carbon School's webpage! Our school is a unique K-12 public school nestled in the valley along the Kneehill Creek. With a staff of 10 teachers and 7 support staff and an enrolment of approximately 170 students, Carbon School takes pride in offering a quality all around education for its students.

At Carbon School we strive to provide an environment conducive to learning where students are encouraged to progress to their full potential both academically and socially. We believe that experiences in athletics, practical arts and fine arts will complement this development.

AISI

It is a priority at Carbon School to make sure that our students are receiving the best education possible. The staff, supported by the Golden Hills School Division, has chosen to focus on Assessment for Learning. The staff of Carbon school has been working diligently in all grade levels and subject areas on Assessment for Learning. Teachers have been involved with school-based and division-based planning sessions in various subject areas. We are confident that our efforts will transfer into student success in the classroom.
